On behalf of us at Plaashonde en Katte we would like to express our gratitude to Lorraine and Izak, the owners of Daily Bread, for their wonderful act of kindness this past week. On Monday, 23 September, two dogs were found wandering Morrison Road in Glentana. Without hesitation, Lorraine and Izak ‘offered them a lift’ and took them to Plaashonde en Katte’s kennels, ensuring their safety.
By Tuesday morning, Plaashonde en Katte’s Facebook post about the lost dogs was shared multiple times, thanks to the incredible support from our community. By that same afternoon, the dogs were happily reunited with their owners!
We kindly urge all pet owners to ensure that their furry companions have updated visible contact details on them, just in case they decide to explore the neighborhood on their own. Thank you again to Daily Bread and everyone in the community for your continued support!
